Burdell is turning into "The Tavern Chop House" for the weekend to celebrate Valentine's Day! Leaning into mid-century charm inspired by a relaxed, romantic night out on the town, we’re serving a special menu of chop house classics, comforting sides, and a wine list designed for sharing. On the menu:

To Start:

A Relish Tray of pickles & crudites 

Choice of Salad:

Chopped Salad with lettuces, Chickpeas, Sprouts, Puffed Quinoa, Chopped Egg, Celery, Ricotta Salata, Capers, Dried Herb Vinaigrette 

OR

Tableside Finished Classic Caesar with Good Anchovies and Aged Cheddar

Choice of Supper:

Roasted Steelhead Salmon for 2 with Roe Butter Sauce

OR

Seared Pork Chops with Bacon and Apples for 2

OR

Upgrade to Coal-Fired Dry Aged Tavern Steak for 2 with Drippings and Aye-1 (pricing available upon reservation)

Each dinner ticket includes tax & service. An a la carte menu of supplemental items will be available to add to your experience. There is a strict 90-minute dining time for all party sizes to be able to accommodate everyone. We hope to see you then!
