About the event
Join us in celebrating year 2 of Burdell!
In true Burdell fashion, this will be a communal, family-style dinner, this time centered around Whole Hog BBQ: Nose to Tail Harvest Pig from our Friends, Cooked For Hours with Coals, served with Our Sausage, Cracklin'-served tableside!

Whole Hog BBQ (Smoked Rice Stuffed Eggplant for non-meat eaters)
Lee's Red Beans Stewed with Sweet Peppers
Slaw with Chow Chow Dressing
Joe's Tomatoes with Herby Mayo
Buttery Biscuits
Please indicate food allergies and dietary restrictions as a note when making your reservation for this event. Each dinner ticket includes tax & service. An a la carte menu of supplemental items will be available to add to your family dinner to make it a bigger feast! There is a strict 90-minute dining time for all party sizes to be able to accommodate everyone. We hope to see you then!
