This menu is a SAMPLE MENU. We source the best possible ingredients from farms, ranches & fisheries around us. We visit multiple farmers’ markets weekly. Substitutions are politely declined. Additionally, we ask that our guests are present in the moment, please refrain from phone use and keep it off the table while dining with us.
