This menu is a SAMPLE MENU. We source the best possible ingredients from farms, ranches & fisheries around us. We visit multiple farmers’ markets weekly. Substitutions are politely declined. Additionally, we ask that our guests are present in the moment, please refrain from phone use and keep it off the table while dining with us. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, shellfish, or eggs, may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. Burdell is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Tipping in the US has an ugly past, allowing the continuation of underpaid labor. Included on your check is a 20% Service Charge which we use to provide healthcare and pay hourly staff a consistent, livable wage that is not dependent on chance or archaic customs.
